Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please check your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
•    Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
•    Custom or personalized products
•    Personal care items (beauty products)
•    Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
For exchanges, the quickest solution is to return the item and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
For orders shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet the standard return requirements: unused, unworn, tagged, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
